Lovely review. How was Anon Sir Anon? I've been thinking about reading that.
ReplyDeleteYou sure have been busy with reading and writing! I am currently working on my historical fiction about a young girl surviving black plague ridden England in the middle ages and am super excited to start reading I Am The Messenger by Markus Zusak. (His other book, The Book Thief, is one of my all time favorites. So I have high expectations).
Thanks, Susanna! Anon, Sir, Anon was very, very good!! I'm a big fan of Rachel Heffington's writing. =)
DeleteThat's awesome that you're working on your historical fiction!! I really need to read The Book Thief. It's on my to-read list. Too many great books to read, not enough time! =) You'll have to let me know how I Am The Messenger is!
I loved this update, Emily! So fun to see what you've been up to. And can I just say..."RESIST" is such a great title. Golly.
ReplyDeleteAwww thanks, Hannah!! I'm glad you like the title! I'm pretty fond of it myself. =)
DeleteOooh, I'm going to have to check your goodreads! I love historical fiction, so I have a feeling I am going to like the books you've read!
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome that you write!!! I wish I could write fiction. I definitely appreciate it/admire those who can do it, but was never able to sit down and write it.
Thanks, Elle Alice!! I'm always excited to find historical fiction fans! =)
