Valentine Card Challenge

Crista Moriah of Uniquely Fashioned for His Glory has created a wonderful opportunity to share Christ's love with imprisoned children in Africa this Valentines Day.

"The purpose is to spread the love of God to the imprisoned children of Uganda that the ministry Sixty Feet serves. Their mission is, “Bringing Hope and Restoration to the Imprisoned Children of Africa in Jesus’ Name. People can make a card with John 3:16 written out along with “God loves you” and their signature. Since around 200 children are in each facility and 7 known facilities exist in Uganda, we are aiming for 1,400 cards by February 14th so every child can receive one." - Crista Moriah

I recruited my sister and nieces to make some cards, and we ended up with a nice pile to send! The girls were so excited to make something for the children, and it was beautiful to see "God Loves You" in Ava's 5 year old hand writing. If you'd like to participate in this, check out Crista Moriah's blog HERE.

"It’s surprising what one piece of paper can do to change the world for one person. I know how much a card can brighten up these kids’ lives, flooding their faces with smiles!! You can be a part of that! All it takes is ordinary people willing to do what God asks of them to make an extraordinary difference in the lives around them and across the globe." -Crista Moriah

  1. So sweet! This blesses me. :) Do you know how many you have? Right now I have 230 cards total for the count. It is always exciting to add more to the existing numbers to make a brand new larger one!
