I Can't Stop Buying Books

Just popping in to say (after a three week lull on the blog) GUYS. I CAN'T STOP BUYING BOOKS.

Books I've Purchased Since January:

1.
(Got this at a used book sale)

5.
(Don't you love it when you're in the Gettysburg book store and want to buy a book but it's too expensive, then you buy it used on Amazon for half the price? Yeah, me too.)

6.
(Got this book at the library and didn't want to give it back, so I got my own copy. I love this book!)

7.
(My friend, Emily Chapman, is such a talented writer. This story is awesome!)

10.
(One of my best purchases ever. This book is great! It has piano music in it for Civil War era songs.)

11.
(Almost done reading this book and enjoying it so much! Rachel Heffington is a wonderful writer.)

What books have you purchased lately?

-Emily

P.S. This post contains Amazon Affiliate links. I can get a small percentage if you buy a product through these links. Go buy some books! =)

  2. I kinda love this. ^.^ (It helps that I had the delicious surprise of seeing my book among others. ;) ) And I didn't know you'd purchased Fly Away Home! Isn't it good??

What did you think of Steal Like an Artist, by the way? I've heard that it's good, but haven't read it yet.

  5. I LOVE Hardtack & Coffee!! Have you read it yet? It's awesome! Songs of the Civil War and An Introduction to Civil War Civilians are great too. Private Elisha Stockwell, Jr. Sees the Civil War or Civil War Journal of a Union Soldier look interesting, I might have to get those! Though I did just go to an incredible used book sale and walked away with *cough* 25 books... Hey you know what they say, "You will be the same person in five years as you are now except for the people you meet and the books you read." Which tells me A.) you can never have too many books, and B.) we need to go on a trip together soon ;)
